Warm Tips:
- Business Days are excluding Sundays and Public holidays. Due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation. All our shipping times are therefore guidelines only.
- You are free to choose the shipping method at checkout, the Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping charges may be different based on your country and region, the shipping costs are calculated automatically on the checkout page.
- Import duties, taxes or customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please verify with your customs before purchase.
After your order is complete, it takes us 3-5 Business Days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time (3-5 Business Days): Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 business hours after the order is placed. The warehouse and logistics company process the orders within 3-5 Business Days.
- Shipping time: It refers to the time that takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. It usually take about 5-12 Business Days to reach your door.

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
- Don't worry if the tracking system shows No results or Not found, just try again in a few days, because it may take 3-5 days to reflect in the tracking system, although the package is already on it's way.
- Also don’t worry, if the status of the package keeps showing: "Pre-Shipment", it doesn’t mean that we didn’t send your package, in fact your package has already been shipped out at this time, but sometimes the USPS tracking system is not updated in time, there is a situation that often happens: Many days the status of the parcel does not have any updates, then suddenly the parcel status is continuously updated, and the parcel arrived suddenly in the United States and is ready to deliver.
- In any case, don't worry anything, we are honest and reliable manufacturer, we have a delivery guarantee on all orders, if have any shipping accident in transit, we will bear all the responsibility. If more than 60 Business Days you haven't received your package (from the day the package is shipped out), we promise to re-send your order or issue a refund at that time.
